We've read the flashy descriptions that dazzle us with flamboyant words and elaborate designs.       And then we've read the magical descriptions.       The kind that breathes the life into listless scrawls of ink and gives sight a reader's "mind's eye".     Tomorrow, 2021 will officially be underway! As this is the very last day of 2020, I thought it would be fitting to take a quick look back on what this year has brought about for A Writer's Pen.       On April 6, 2020, A Writer's Pen officially began  with the mission to encourage other writers to glorify God through their writing.      Bonjour! Good day!      Here we are, the very first post of A Writer's Pen. If all goes to plan, I will be posting here every Monday (Update: this has since switched to every other Thursday) . My hope for this blog is that I will be able to help and encourage other writers through their courageous venture through the exhilarating (and at times, quite grueling) process of picking up the pen!      They say that " The pen is mightier than the sword" .
