Bonjour! Good day! Here we are, the very first post of A Writer's Pen. If all goes to plan, I will be posting here every Monday (Update: this has since switched to every other Thursday) . My hope for this blog is that I will be able to help and encourage other writers through their courageous venture through the exhilarating (and at times, quite grueling) process of picking up the pen! They say that " The pen is mightier than the sword" . And I'm sure anyone who has wielded one will agree that, at times, it certainly feels as heavy as a sword! Many of us may remember beginning to feel that first spark of a writer inside of us. For most, it was fanned by a passionate love of reading.
