Capturing Inspiration: Part Two ~ Postponed

    Hello! Unfortunately, my schedule this week didn't allow for the writing of Capturing Inspiration: Part Two. Due attending a daily lengthy online class, I was unable to complete it in time. It will be postponed until the week after next.

3... 2... 1... Liftoff!

     Bonjour! Good day!      Here we are, the very first post of A Writer's Pen. If all goes to plan, I will be posting here every Monday (Update: this has since switched to every other Thursday) . My hope for this blog is that I will be able to help and encourage other writers through their courageous venture through the exhilarating (and at times, quite grueling) process of picking up the pen!      They say that " The pen is mightier than the sword" .      It seems that Thursday has come and gone without a post on A Writer's Pen . My apologies!      I have a bit of a surprise in today's post. One that I've stored in my idea vault for quite some time and been longing to do. So without further ado...  I will be hosting a flash fiction contest on this blog!        Let's get into the specifics...      To start off, I'd better define "flash fiction".
